SoundGo does not guarantee that any PRO, CMO, society, platform, distributor, or royalty organization will approve a claim, register a work, accept ownership proof, or issue payment. All submissions depend on valid rights ownership, complete metadata, signed authorization, and the rules of each third-party organization. Commission rates and payment terms are subject to the full Commission Agreement and Terms of Service. SoundGo reserves the right to modify pricing with advance notice to existing users.
Pricing Questions
Is there really no cost to create an account?
Correct. Creating an account, organizing your catalog, and running eligibility checks are completely free. You will never be charged for these features.
When does the 15% commission apply?
The commission applies only when SoundGo successfully recovers royalties on your behalf. If a royalty organization pays out money for your works through SoundGo's administration, 15% of the gross amount is deducted as commission before you receive payment.
What if no royalties are recovered?
If no royalties are recovered, you pay nothing. SoundGo's commission is entirely performance-based. No recovery means no fee.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. There are no setup fees, monthly subscriptions, minimum commitments, or hidden charges. The only cost is the 15% commission on successfully recovered royalties.
How is the commission calculated?
The commission is calculated on the gross royalty amount received from the organization. For example, if $1,000 is collected, SoundGo retains $150 (15%) and you receive $850 (85%).
