SoundGo's Role: Administration Support Only

SoundGo Global Rights Management LLC provides royalty administration support services. This means we help you organize your catalog, prepare claims, submit documentation, and communicate with royalty organizations on your behalf. Our role is strictly administrative.

SoundGo is not a law firm, not a royalty organization, and not a guarantor of royalty payments. SoundGo does not own, acquire, or claim any rights to your musical works or recordings. We act solely as your authorized administrator for the specific tasks you authorize.

No Guarantee of Approval

SoundGo cannot guarantee that any Performance Rights Organization (PRO), Collective Management Organization (CMO), collection society, digital platform, or distributor will:

• Approve or accept a claim submitted on your behalf.
• Register your works, recordings, or ownership information.
• Accept the ownership documentation you have provided.
• Process claims within any specific timeframe.

Each organization has its own rules, verification processes, timelines, and discretionary authority. These decisions are entirely within the control of those third-party organizations and are beyond SoundGo's control.

No Guarantee of Royalty Recovery or Payment

SoundGo does not guarantee that any royalties will be recovered, collected, or paid as a result of using our services. Royalty payments depend on many factors outside of SoundGo's control, including:

• Whether an organization determines that royalties are owed for your works.
• The accuracy of ownership information available in the organization's database.
• Applicable statutes of limitations on back royalty claims.
• The organization's processing timeline and payment schedule.
• Changes in laws, regulations, or organizational policies.

Third-Party Organization Decisions

All royalty organizations, including PROs (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, etc.), the MLC, SoundExchange, and international CMOs, are independent third-party entities. SoundGo has no control over their decisions, processing times, dispute resolution procedures, or payment practices. SoundGo is not responsible for the actions, inactions, or decisions of any third-party organization.

User Responsibility for Accurate Ownership Claims

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all ownership claims, metadata, split information, and documentation submitted through SoundGo. You warrant that you are the rightful owner or authorized controller of all rights you claim, and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

SoundGo relies on the information you provide. We do not independently verify copyright ownership or resolve ownership disputes between parties. If incorrect information is submitted, it may result in claim rejection, registration errors, or legal liability for you.
